Composite Testing Salesperson

Based in Inverin, Galway, Ireland but travelling to serve international clients

Due to expansion, a vacancy now exists for a Composite Testing Salesperson with the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying and closing revenue streams across new and existing accounts
  • Developing a market strategy to grow revenue streams and profitability
  • Creating promotional materials and participating in Trade Exhibitions.
  • Responding to RFQ’s  and offering competitive solutions to customers
  • Preperation and presentation of sales reports/metrics

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales of composite testing throughout Europe. The role will require technical and commercial aptitude combined with the ability to communicate effectively. The successful candidate should have a proven background in Technical Sales. The preferred candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Detailed knowledge of composites markets
  • Solid technical knowledge of composite materials
  • A target driven attitude with the desire to succeed

Test and Engineering Technician

CTL Tastail Teo, currently has a  vacancy for a Test & Engineering Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing specimens, performing tests, generating preparation drawings and test results. Previous experience in mechanical testing would be advantageous however not essential. Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint) is needed.

Responsibilities include::

  • Drafting specimen drawings

  • Developing test methods and operating procedures

  • Performing tests

  • Preparing test specimens

  • Evaluation and analysis of test results

  • Generating test reports

  • Participation in accreditation and customer audits

The prospective candidate must be able to demonstrate a professional approach, be self-motivated, a good team-worker and communicator, and will be enthusiastic and willing to update their skill-set in the company’s core business areas.
